The new moon is the perfect time for introspection, new beginnings and sowing the seeds of our intentions for the new lunar cycle.
The evening will include Cosmic Breathwork, Himalayan Kundalini, Kriya, Mantra and Meditation from the ancient Vedantic and Tantric practices of the Himalayan Masters.
Cosmic breathwork shifts stagnant energy in the body and mind, helping to balance our emotions and feelings, creating the inner conditions needed for healing on all levels.
Kundalini energy work activates and awakens our infinite potential of being increasing our access to transcendental states of consciousness and cosmic intelligence.

Annia's passion for yoga started in her early twenties while working in a stressful corporate job for a Bank, what started as exercise & stress relief, quickly transformed into something more, after a decision to travel to Rishkesh, India the birthplace of Yoga in 2017 where she discovered sattva Yoga; rooted in the Vedantic & Tantric traditions of the Himalayan Masters, this deeply transformational practice revolutionised her life and since she has travelled back a number of times and completed 500 hours Yoga teacher training, master modules in conscious leadership and the science & energetics of Kundalini energy. She has had the opportunity to teach at the International Sattva Yoga Studio in Rishkesh, India guiding seekers from all across the world.
