Blurring the lines of psychedelia and modal jazz, Wellington jazz musician, multi-instrumentalist and sonic artist Cory Champion brings his work out of the virtual world and onto the stage for this one-off Wellington Jazz Festival headline performance.

Blending “a heady mix of spiritual jazz, heavy groove worship, mind-splitting sound shapes and celestial excursions to otherworldly realms” (Undertheradar), Cory’s new suites will be brought to life by his neo-jazz project Clear Path Ensemble.

Expect music which is poignant and subtle, evolving and dynamic from seven of Wellington’s most exciting jazz musicians.
