This year our Taste of Italy menu delivers authentic rustic style dishes that go beyond spaghetti and meatballs. Indulge your taste buds with rich flavors and textures created with fresh simple ingredients combined to perfectly balance the flavours of each dish. Step into a night of warm companionship, hearty conversation, and comforting cucina. Perfect for you and your friends who love a taste of Italy.

'After last years Taste of Italy success, we will be going for a similar format to the evenings festivities in a traditional Italian style.
We will have a selection of aperitivo for you to purchase from the bar.

Antipasti - Angus beef carpaccio with smoked mustard creme fraiche whitestone Windsor blue cheese and some delicious spring vegetables pickled and fresh from our garden.

Primi - this year we are raising the bar! We are in the process of coming up with a delicious filling for our tortellini dish.
Secondi - this will be our take on a classic Italian main course... Watch this space.

Contorni - some things are perfect as they are and don't need to be messed with, this dish is a perfect example of that.
Served along side the secondi will be a caprese salad - fresh tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella.

Dolce - a decadent selection of the best Italian desserts for you to enjoy including tiramisu and pannacotta.

To finish off the evening there will be caffe and digestivo available for you to purchase at the bar.
We are so excited to see you all there.'

Chefs Tom and Rafa.

Includes: Five leisurely courses with wine match recommendations (wine not included).

Cash and EFTPOS bar available.
