The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination and on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.
Run by fully qualified/licensed Zumba Instructor Miranda Donnell, no Membership is required.
It doesn’t matter if you go the wrong way, it doesn’t matter if you clap at the wrong time. Just move and most importantly have fun.
So come along ready to laugh, have fun, and sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
