The second edition of our Yoga Brunch Club with Sarah Lindsay, founder of Sala Studio and Megan May, founder of Little Bird. Sharing a passion for restorative movement and delicious plant based food, it was only natural for Sarah and Megan to connect on Megan's visits to Sarah's Studio and Sarah's to Little Bird Kitchen. Through Yoga Brunch Club, they want to connect with the local community and share their love of good movement and food.

The Space
Constructed in 1875, Hopetoun Alpha is one of Auckland's oldest and most beautiful spaces. Impeccably preserved so that it stands today with all original details, come enjoy movement in this awe inspiring space.

75 minute yoga flow with Sarah Lindsay
Unravel from the week with this fluid morning vinyasa flow that will leave you feeling re-energised. We’ll begin with breath work to wake up the nervous system before moving through a sweaty restorative flow. There will be lots of options for modifications, making the class suitable for everyone. We’ll finish with a meditation and savasana, leaving you perfectly attuned to enter your weekend with focus and ease.

Organic plant based brunch with Megan May
Enjoy a welcome Iced Morning Detox Tea before beginning your yoga flow. A zesty blend of detoxifying herbs and spices with a green tea base to gently wake you up and improve blood circulation before beginning any movement.

Following the yoga flow, re-hydrate and refuel with a delicious organic smoothie and breakfast.
Leave feeling refreshed and refueled, with a bag of Little Bird Organics Good Nuts to snack on-the-go.
