Whangarei parkrun starts and finishes under Te Mate A Pohe Bridge in Port Rd. We head up one side of the Hatea River to a marked turnaround point. Turn here and retrace your steps to the start area. Head on the other side of the river to a second turnaround point. Turn and retrace your steps to the finish beneath Te Mate A Pohe Bridge where we started.
