Unfortunately, in the light of social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19 this event has been cancelled. Those that have purchased/won tickets have been offered a refund or a private consultation instead (if you haven't talked to me directly or received an email please check your spam folder). My sincere apologies for this change of plans! At the moment I'm working on modifying workshops to make them suitable to be run online. If you'd like to be notified of upcoming (online) workshops please fill out the form on https://coastnutrition.co.nz/workshops-events/ Take care and I hope to meet another time soon!

Do you feel like you’re eating like a bird but your body keeps holding on to too much body fat? Do you feel like you can’t resist foods that cause you to gain weight? Or do you simply not know where to start to get to a size down? Then join independent and qualified Nutritionist Sanne Morgan (GradDipScTec Human Nutrition at Massey University) for this workshop at Whangaparaoa Library. You'll learn what physiological and psychological processes are involved in weight loss and how to get to your ideal weight. Find out what your personal barriers are for losing body fat and get ideas on how to tackle these to keep it off. I'm looking forward to meet you!
