The Hungry Monkey food truck will be taking up residence for one day in the Te Kairanga cottage gardens. Well known in Wellington for their traditional Malaysian dishes spun into the modern age, we are very excited to welcome them to our Cellar Door.

You'll be able to enjoy their signature home-made steam buns with pork belly or crispy tempura tofu perfectly paired with a glass of our wine. Along with many other delicious options, including gluten free and vegetarian friendly dishes there will be a bit of something for everyone!

The Te Kairanga Cellar Door is home to two of Martinborough’s pioneering wineries; Te Kairanga and Martinborough Vineyard, as well as local favourite Lighthouse Gin. It is housed in the 130-year old cottage formerly owned by Martinborough namesake, John Martin, and is surrounded by a shaded garden perfect for sipping a glass of Martinborough’s finest. Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with a calendar of local culinary delights and special wines to make the most of winter weekends.
