This practical course includes techniques to help bring the benefits of Spirituality into your life, by using the power of the mind. These include Visualisation, Meditation and Connection, which can also help you to come to know yourself on a deeper level as well as help with making personal decisions.
There is also a discussion each week on Spiritual topics of interest to students and the course includes Brigid's book about spirituality, Under the Veil, a journey into Mediumship.
The course is open to all and there is no religious affiliation or belief, universal truths common to all paths are discussed and students are encouraged to bring their questions.
It is an opportunity to develop awareness and expansion through Spiritual discussion with Brigid, who is an International Medium with 20 years experience, author of 3 books, the latest being 44 days to Transformation and creator of a programme Timeline Healing.
The cost is $100 for five weeks, which includes all materials and a concession rate may be granted if needed.
