We are back again with our 4th Meet the Brewery night! Welcome to a special version to end the year in style!
Volume 4 of our Monthly Meet the Brewery series at the Okere Falls Store sees us bringing Wellington All Stars Garage Project and Parrot Dog up to showcase their range in a tasting night. Sample beers from across the spectrum from core range to the more special.
Our chefs will match canapes to some of the beers too! Sample 4 beers from Garage Project and 4 beers from Parrot Dog.
About Garage Project:
Garage Project was started by Pete Gillespie & Jos Ruffell with help from Pete’s brother Ian. When we started out we were tiny. Garage Project wasn't even micro brewing... it was truly nano brewing.
But what we lacked in size we more than made up for in agility and ability experiment.
When you’re brewing on such a small scale you can afford to take risks. That suited us. We wanted to try something new.
A few years have passed and we’ve grown, but that same ethos still shapes how we do things at the Garage. Whether we’re brewing 50 litres or several thousand, we’re still here to take some risks, to have a bit of fun and try something new.
About Parrot Dog:
PARROTDOG WAS CONCEIVED IN 2011 OUT OF A LOVE FOR GOOD BEER BY THREE GUYS CALLED MATT.
From our new brewery in Lyall Bay, we’re continuing to do what we started back in 2011: making approachable, award winning beer. Quality and simplicity form the basis for our mantra in keeping things uncomplicated. Our range is a diverse cast of characters, with something to suit every one of you, and everyone of us. Nice.
Limited tickets available so get in early.
The night will start at 5.30pm, but you are welcome to come in earlier
