Brigid is a qualified Hypnotherapist that uses these skills and had adapted them to develop people into connecting to their higher self. Once we make that connection and work in alignment with ourselves we are more balanced and make better decisions. She has been running spiritual workshops for over 10 years, teaching her clients to be open to the messages they receive.
