Escape the city and join this relaxing half-day retreat. The yoga studio overlooks the beautiful ocean. This retreat is perfect for those who need a short break to reset. The retreat will be led by a nurturing yoga teacher with plenty of experience.
The retreat will consist of four different styles of yoga. We will begin with a heat building Vinyasa practise. This will be followed by a Yin yoga session. We will then have afternoon tea- this is complimentary. The retreat will finish with a Restorative practice, followed by a guided meditation. Yoga equipment will be provided. There is accommodation available on site ranging from $40-200 per night if you wish to make a weekend out of it!
