In this workshop, we’ll look at Parisian Picnics and the famous luncheons ‘en plein air’ and learn how to make delicious foods inspired by the picnics depicted in famous Impressionist paintings. Dr. Wendy Joyce, PhD in art history and French studies from Princeton University, will talk you through a 30-minute visual presentation of relevant art works by French impressionists before we start cooking.
Then you’ll make a savoury dish, Poulet Argenteuil and Mary Cassatt's chocolate caramel bites which you'll enjoy in a sit-down lunch with the chef. Complimentary glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage included.
