After an awarded career as a Creative Director in major multi-national advertising agencies, including time on numerous Global Creative Councils, Jill Brinsdon founded communication agency Radiation in 2000. At the time, she could see a change in the way consumers were interacting with brands and wanted to be at the forefront of the rise in the importance of culture as a brand differentiator.
