New Plymouth's second speed dating event. For ages 45-59.

A fun night out meeting some new people.

You never know... love could blossom or you could make a new friend... if anything else, its better than sitting at home thinking what if, right?

Go on, give it a go... you might enjoy it.
There will be no door sales - so get in early so you don't miss out!

Arrive between 6:30pm- 7pm. Have a free drink on us and mingle at the bar.
During this time we set up everyone with a name badge, and matching sheet.

The speed dating will kick off at 7pm with your host giving a brief explanation of how the evening works. Then you are straight into the exciting world of Speed Dating with your first conversation of the evening.

A bell sounds after five minutes and you record on your matching sheet if you would like to meet the person again.

Women stay seated and the men move to the next table, until everyone has meet each other. There will be two 10-minute breaks so you can refresh your drinks, catch your breath, as well as mingle a bit more.

The host will wrap up the evening by explaining the matching system and getting everyone to finish marking who they want to meet again.

Afterwards, feel free to mingle and continue those conversations that were cut short!
A match occurs when two people have both picked each other as a mutual match.

You will receive results by email the next day with your matches and their contact information.

The rest is up to you. There's no need to be shy or hesitant in following up on your matches, as you have already established that you would like to see each other again. You never know what it could lead to...
