Get behind the myth to meet the "real" Sir Ed Hillary as his friends recall the highs and lows, the laughter and tears of his jet boat expedition up the Ganges from the ocean to it's snowy source high in the Himalaya. A journey where Sir Ed would come within hours of his death, but which he always said was "the best journey of them all!"

Meet and greet at 5:45, opening remarks from Mike Gill, expedition member and Chair of the Board of the Himalayan Trust at 6:15 pm.
This iconic Kiwi film will be followed by a Q&A with Producer and Director Mike Dillon, Jim Wilson and other expedition members.
This is certain to be a film experience like no other.

All funds raised will support Sir Ed’s greatest legacy: his work in Nepal through the Himalayan Trust.
