Workshop + performance.

A time to breathe and enjoy moving freely in nature!

Anyone of all ages and abilities can join for this free event at the Tahaki Reserve in Mount Eden, 11:00am- 1:00pm.

Bring your family and friends and enjoy performances, a dance workshop and a time to move together!

A mindful contemporary dance workshop will be run by Claire O'Neil: a wonderful choreographic artist,and facilitator; who you won't want to miss out on!

There will also be a performance by recent University of Auckland dance studies graduates titled, 'Obscurity' in their upcoming show "Degrees of Separation"; which will also be performed at the Fringe Festival.

Bring along active gear, water and snacks, but please take your own rubbish as this is a Zero Waste event.

This event is supported by the Albert-Eden Local Board and Creative New Zealand.

Mindful contemporary dance Saturday 2nd March 11:00am- 1:00pm in Mount Eden, Tahaki reserve.
Kpop dance Saturday 9th March, 1:00pm- 3:00pm in Balmoral, Potters park;
Aerial dance, Saturday 16th March 1:00pm- 3:00pm in Point Chevalier, Coyle Park.
