Marton's 150th Renaming Celebrations

Family-friendly fun event at Marton Memorial Hall. All welcome. There will be butter churning displays, old fashioned kids games', and many static displays recalling Marton's history. In the forecourt there will be a vintage car display and old engines.

The Historic Village will be open for public viewing. Devonshire tea and scones will be on sale and there will be a photo booth set up so you can take your own photos in period costume.

There will be two free guided historic tours at 9.30 and 1.30 leaving from the James Cook Statue on High Street. Each tour will take around 30 minutes.
