Kura Forrester is the 2019 Billy T winner and you’ve ever seen her on stage, you’ll know why. Her story-telling, absurd characters and brilliant gags are delivered with the skill of a world class performer. Kura is an in-demand comedy actor (What We Do In The Shadows) and improvisor (SNORT) in addition to being a killer stand up.
Matthew Fleet is a great up-and-coming comedian who hails from Hamilton and brings a devastatingly accurate read on the big city as an outsider looking in. He was described as "A comedy machine gun" by UoA Comedy.
Courtney Dawson won the national 2019 RAW Competition for her brilliant material on her home of South Auckland. She’s got a laid-back style and a bunch of great observation and personal material that’s guaranteed to crack you up.
