The tasting will focus on the construction of amazing gin and tonics that highlight the unique botanicals of each gin, with a focus on the benefit of using premium tonics and appropriate garnishes.
Today the gin world is becoming complex and it is now increasingly rare that you can go to a bar and ask blindly for a gin and tonic. We will cover a brief history of gin, where it came from and what traditionally defines a gin. Then as we progress through the different styles, we will explore the subtle nuances and inspirations that have created the wide array of gins now available across the globe.
