Greening Taupo Community Arbor Day Planting

Everyone is welcome!

Bring out the kids, kids bring along your teachers, take an early extend lunch and bring out your co workers and your boss and do what you should do on Arbor Day, come out and plant a tree!!!

Come along and join in on the fun, support the kids and help restore Taupo's natural environment, we have many trees to get in the ground and Greening Taupo would like your help!

Bring along your gardening gloves wear suitable footwear eg: gumboots and bring along your favorite spade if you want, there will be some spades to share. We will be planting in the rain as plants love that so best bring some wet weather gear if it looks like it may rain.

There will be a sausage sizzle afterwards for all planters at the site and a hot drink.

Planting site is on the corner of delany drive and centennial drive, plenty of parking at owen delany park opposite the planting site look out for the greening Taupo signs.
