Geshe Tharchin Meditation & Talk

Geshe Tharchin is visiting New Plymouth this July and will guide a meditation and mindfulness session using authentic Tibetan Buddhist techniques that can be practically applied to our modern lives.

The focus will be on 'building strong relationships' and there will be an opportunity for questions.

The venue the Noel and Melva Education Room, which is inside Puke Ariki (museum side)
Enter through the museum doors, walk past the information desk in the entrance and the room is to the right behind Arborio restaurant.

Parking underneath the museum and on side streets.
All are welcome to attend, no meditation experience necessary.
