Freedom Through Movement is a consciouse movement mediatation journey through the elements & your energy centers.(chakras) and cacao ceremony, shamanic drumming.

We start with the seed and find our ground. Inspiration becons and we awakento the movement of creativity as we embody the fluid movements of water throughout the body. As we rattle our bones to the tribal beats we move into the staccato warrior energy of fire. Once our fires are lit we tune into the embers cracking into the wind...

We ride the crescendo into the element of air as we find lightness and space in the body, and like birds flying through the sky... we become whimsical and light. After every flight one must return to the nest... we move into the grace of stillness, and rest.

At the end of class people have the choice to draw, write, meditate, or keep moving through stillness. Join us for a transformative journey from seed to cocoon, to the metamorphosis of the butterfly that is you!
