Welcome to the annual exhibition of the Auckland Watercolour Society held at Takapuna Library. These paintings will be on sale and also assessed for the annual Merit Awards.
Judges will determine the winners and the awards will be presented at a special occasion at Takapuna Library on the Thursday night September 26 starting at 6.00 pm. There will also be a special address by Mike O’Brien, Associate Professor of Social Work, University of Auckland on the work of the Child Poverty Action Group. The event is free and everyone is welcome. Parking is good around the library. Paintings that are purchased have to be uplifted at the close of the exhibition.
