Eventfinda tickets no longer on sale
Ding! As with any Young Farmer initiative, the concept was discussed between a couple of our members late one evening to have a Young Farmers boxing night. From this basic concept, the idea has taken off on the back of typical Young Farmer enthusiasm, where a number of our members will bare it all in the ring in the name of charity and sportsmanship.
After the success of the 2013 event, the 2014 Fight Night for Charity will be even bigger and better.
Proceeds from the event are to be donated to a local charity to allow Young Farmers to continue to give back to our local communities, while enjoying a chance to settle some scores with each other in the boxing ring. The boxers have all put their hands up and are committed to an onerous training schedule leading up to the event and will square off in a series of three-round boxing bouts.
The number one goal for the night is to ensure that as a region, we are able to raise a substantial amount of proceeds which are to be donated to charity.
Our chosen charity for this year is Land Search and Rescue, an organisation which continues to play a vital role in our rural communities.
Ticket numbers are limited with 3 tiers of seating around the boxing ring:
- Gold - Premium (Ringside - Corporate)
- Silver (Middle layer)
- Bronze (General Admission)
All tickets include a buffet meal and live entertainment :)
The event will be held at the Bledisloe building (Gate 3) Mystery Creek
