Meditation - Happiness House on Tuesday evenings at 7.00pm sharp

We use simple methods of meditation and centering that will help you gain immediate access to balancing your emotions, thoughts and body.

The minimum that will happen is you will leave the session feeling more uplifted and inspired than when you came.

The possibilities are endless... Meditation reduces stress, anxiety and fear. Meditation brings calmness and clarity of thinking, improves concentration and better overall performance, even better health.

No prior knowledge is required. Just an open mind to experience.
