Feast this year is bringing you a new exciting event to sink your teeth into, take a walk on the wild side with Wild Earth.
This fabulous six course dinner challenges you to try something outside the square with six delectable courses themed around wild food.
To up the anti even further this dining experience will be cooked using wine barrels. To be exact Wild Earths creation the Wine Barrel Smoker.
Wild Earth Wines is a small vineyard down the end of the famous Felton Road in Bannockburn, Central Otago and is well known for their great Pinot Noir.
Wild Earth's restaurant is like no other restaurant you have ever experienced, the Wild Earth menu is cooked entirely on Quintin's unique Wine Barrel Cooker in retired Pinot Noir Wine Barrels. This new great method of cooking is coming to Christchurch for one enjoyable evening.
The meal will include; canapés, amuse bouche, two entrée, main, dessert (6 course meal)
This is a once off event so be in quick so you dont miss out on this wildly tasty night.
