Summer Shakespeare Wellington’s 2013 production of Antony and Cleopatra will embrace the exoticism and glamour of one of history’s most famous - and infamous - women and her Roman lover. Deceit, politics, lust and love interweave in a world evocative of 1950s Hollywood, where the personalities are big, the emotions forceful, and the stakes run high.
The Victoria University Season of Antony & Cleopatra marks the festival's 30th anniversary and, set in The Dell, will be one of the unmissable events of the summer!
In the case of wet weather, performances will be held at Wellington High School. Wet weather announcements will be made by 4pm on each day of the performance on our website and on our Facebook page.
