Evolve Festival is an annual celebration for health and wellbeing in the heart of Nelson City providing inspiration, information and celebration to Evolve the Health and Wellbeing of Individuals, the Community and the Earth.
- Live music and entertainment
It wouldn’t be a festival without a lot of song and dance! Evolve 2013 has a great line-up of live music, performers and entertainers on offer. Enjoy music from Mihirangi Fleming, Tommy and The Fallen Horses, Amiria Grenell, a stage hypnotist show, buskers and more!
- Workshops & seminars
Our workshops and seminars are designed to stimulate, challenge, engage and entertain. There are more than 70 free workshops on offer, covering all aspects of health, wellbeing and sustainability. Our entertaining and experienced workshop presenters come from all over New Zealand and overseas. They specialise in a range of areas.
- Therapists, product and food stalls
Evolve 2013 will have a huge range of stalls. Explore a showcase of products and services from our selected exhibitors. A wide range of complimentary health practitioners will also be available to share the latest in natural health products, treatments and remedies and how they can help you.
The food court will be offering a delicious variety of dishes and treats. Nourish your body and come for breakfast, lunch and dinner – and everything in between!
- Kid’s Zone
The Kids’ Zone- Right next to the entertainment area and offering a range of exciting activities including crafts, dance,story telling and yoga.
- Clothes Shwop- Go Shopping By Swapping
From Monday 18th Feb you can drop off clean unwanted clothes (on coathangers) at the windmill at Founders Park, picking up a voucher for each item left. At the weekend come to the shwop at the Firestation to pick up some great New To You items using your vouchers!
Evolve Festival is proud to be a zero waste event- so remember you can support this by bringing your own plates, mugs and cutlery and pack it in-pack it out!
