Birdman Wellington is back - bigger, better and more absurd than ever! Design a crazy flying costume and launch yourself off the specially-made "airstrip" on Taranaki Wharf.
Spread your wings and explore your creativity. You can help New Zealand's environment by raising funds and at the same time be in to win fantastic prizes.

Birdkidz for 8 to 12-year-olds gets off to a flying start at 11am, with Birdman Wellington starting at 1pm for entrants.
Birdman Wellington is a whole day of entertainment and family fun at Wellington's waterfront from 10am to 5pm. There'll be live music, food stalls, markets and activities for kids.
