Our very own ZES Carolina Arias is coming to Rotorua for a Zumba® Toning Master Class. Don't worry if you have never been to a Toning class before - if you love to move you will love this groove!

When it comes to body sculpting, the Zumba® Toning class raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

Toning sticks will be provided but if you have your own please bring them.

Pre-sold tickets are $20 or $25 at the door. Doors open at 2:00pm. Tickets are not refundable but they can be transferred.
