Zumba Classes

Join me for a fun and energetic Zumba class that is guaranteed to get your sweating and burning those calories! It will improve your cardio, muscle tone, coordination and general fitness level. Work as much or as little as you want. In my class- you are the boss of your own body. Remember to bring some water, a sweat towel and a change of clothes. Light sports shoes with low grip sole are recommended.

Instructor:Zenia Jaitley- Zenia is full of energy and radiates enthusiasm! During high school she danced in the school hip-hop team from 3rd to 7th Form, and particularly enjoyed leading her peers in the last two years of high school. Zenia has been involved in competitions such as Bring It On, Hip-Hop Regionals and Stage Challenge. She has had the opportunity of getting dance training from Prestige and performing in the Varsity division of Desire To Dream 06. During 2010 Zenia was part of Triple8Funk dance crew and enjoys pushing herself towards excellence. Zenia is a Certified Zumba Instructor and always ready to face new challenges, and is looking forward to making her Zumba classes super-exciting and helping people improve their fitness while having a great time! Her main goal in class will be to create a positive environment, mix things up and give everyone something to look forward to!
