Beginner yoga class at Linwood.
Ambika has 15 years of teaching/instructing yoga under her belt. With the amount of experience,you are assured that you are in good hands. Her teaching technique is very detailed and safe. She is able to cater for all walks of lives, eg: teenagers, adults, seniors, rehabs and many more. Students come from as far as Pebbleton and Rangiora to learn from her. "This class started as a request for an additional class from her students and it's now open for publics". Places are limited.F irst in first serve
