Come and explore colour, form and visualisation with the tantric practise of yantra painting. Joined with a simple meditation practise, stimulating both hemishere’s of the brain, greatly enhancing creativity. You don’t need to be an artist, painter or a yogi to join this workshop. In any creative pursuit you find the qualities of concentration, patience, understanding and perseverance.
The practise of yantra painting is an opportunity to experience a range of these qualities and bring forth to any creative pursuit.
