Swami Karma Karuna specialises in women’s health, by blending yogic lifestyle and Sannyasa tradition with motherhood, she brings a unique and practical approach, inspiring the integration of yogic principles into everyday activities.

Supported by Caitlin and Rita Scholten co-facilitator of women’s gatherings at the Tui Educational and Spiritual trust. Under Rita’s guidance, these women are nurtured, guided and inspired by a program of sharing circles, heart opening celebrations, self connection tools and rituals; nurturing a sisterhood kinship with social times.
