Celebrate Wynyard Quarter’s first birthday with a day of free activities for the whole family.
The day will begin with a very special dawn chorus at 7am with a few surprises and famous faces to ensure it is worth getting up for.
Throughout the day will be walking tours, silo climbs and tours, classic boat displays and rides, and games and activities fitting of a first birthday.
Make and decorate your very own lantern and launch it from the Tidal Steps with a special lantern launching ceremony at dusk.
The day will finish with Silo Cinema at the family friendly time of 6pm showing “The Incredibles”.
