Stress is a normal part of our physiological function; in fact it’s vital to our survival. But most people mismanage stress and become physically and mentally unwell when over-stressed, often developing addictive behaviours (the Internet, TV, food, alcohol etc.), without realising it is a negative way of coping or compensating.
By working with stress positively we can learn how to manage it adaptively and identify addictive patterns and ways to overcome them.

Run by highly experienced and well respected Psychologist and Integrative Therapist Amberley Meredith, this workshop is founded on 15 years of psychological research and active clinical work. It incorporates the latest scientific evidence-based theories, including (but not limited to) Neuroplasticity, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness practices.

This workshop is designed to improve the wealth a company by improving the health of its employees.
