Take a close look at portraits from The Dowse collection, including renowned New Zealand artists Rita Angus, Frances Hodgkins and Toss Woollaston. Examine elements of their works, like pose, gaze, style and setting. Featuring hands-on activities, children and their families will see how portraiture can convey the personality of its subjects.
