This exhibition is dedicated to the late Maurice Sendak, author and illustrator of the acclaimed children’s storybook “Where the Wild Things Are”.

Sendak was a true artist, his poetry of words and wonderful drawings touched the life’s of millions of children worldwide. “ Where the Wilds Things Are” was his most famous book and gained him international acclaim as an author and illustrator. This heartfelt and timeless story straddled the line between nightmares and dreams, reality and fantasy.

Our exhibition will also take you on a journey into the worlds of fantasy and reality. In Sendak’s words, “....go where the wild things are”.
