Sport Canterbury is committed to “making it happen” in communities throughout the Canterbury and West Coast region. The Trust delivers a number of innovative events and programmes that improve access to sport and physical activity for people of all ages.
All women (from 13 years of age), from Karamea to Haast and beyond, are invited to be part of this unique running and cycling event.
Whether the social aspect or competitive spirit appeals to you, you’ll enjoy a fun day out, with the West Coast community cheering you on.

Entries for the event close 19 October 2012 (late entries will not be accepted), so there’s plenty of time to put together a team (teams of two or three welcome) - or train to take on the distace as an individual.
The distances are run 1.5km, bike 15km, run 4km.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place individuals, 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for teams of three, 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for teams of two.
