This workshop looks at the underlying causes of carrying unwanted weight. It goes beyond the myth that diet and exercise is the answer to all our weight woes. Often we work very hard on diet and exercise and lose a lot of weight, only to have it return. Why is this? What is our reason for subconsciously wanting to regain and keep weight, while consciously we want to lose it? Why does our body in its wisdom keep the kilos on to protect it? Together we will explore what beliefs are sabotaging your weight loss. Finding the key(s) to your personal weight issue is crucial to a sustainable long term healthy weight. Release the beliefs and the weight will take care of itself!
Learn to love your body as it is, right now! In the second part of the workshop we will work together to create a personal wellbeing plan for 2012.
This is an interactive workshop utilising coaching tools designed by Jan in response to clients' needs.
