Not a crystal waving, purple-draped, wait-until-the-planets-are-aligned kind of thing. Just ordinary people who can deal with the idea that we are more than our physical bodies who want to explore their own consciousness using modern technology without spending twenty years in a cave staring at their navel.

Run as an Outreach Programme by The Monroe Institute (TMI), this will be the first ever Hemi-Sync® Excursion Workshop in New Zealand. TMI have patented Hemi-Sync® binaural audio guidance technology which works by sending different sounds (tones) to each ear through stereo headphones. The effect is to quickly and easily synchronise brain waves and can help the hearer achieve different states of consciousness.

Treat yourself to some ‘me-time’ in the company of like-minded and interesting people
