Wrap up warm and join the Anteroom Arts Trust in a night walk of enchantment. Meet at the Anteroom Gallery at 4.30pm and walk together to Port Chalmers Back Beach to experience a spectacular site-specific art event. Share your thoughts and feelings about what Matariki means to you whilst discovering artworks on the water, the beach and amongst the trees.

Waterlines is a collection of installations by local visual, sound and sculptural artists. It evokes seasonal rituals and encourages the audience to remember and farewell the past, and ponder and welcome the future.

Afterwards the audience is invited back to the gallery to enjoy a warming supper, and further celebrate and share Matariki with one another.
