Tired of giving red roses and a box of chocolates? Want to do something really special for your loved one? Then purchase a double pass to the Stardome’s special Valentine's Day feature. They will love the thought and unusual nature of this year’s romantic gift.
Bring your someone special along to be welcomed with a complimentary gift basket including an Adopt A Star pack ($60 value), two tickets to a romantic planetarium show, a bottle of bubbles to share, chocolate hearts, and more.
Four shows will take place, at 7pm, 8pm, 9pm and 10pm. Book early to secure seats at the show of your choice!
Inside the planetarium an Astronomy Presenter will guide you as we tour the romantic planets, stars and other celestial objects - like the Rosebud Nebula. These special sessions will guide you and your guest around the sky, but focus on the most beautiful and hidden objects, their historical significance, and their place in romantic music and poetry. This show is perfect for sharing with someone special!
Auckland can’t guarantee you a romantic starry night on Valentines. But we can in our planetarium!
Tickets are $120 for a double pass, which includes telescope viewing after your show if weather permits.
