This is a community orientated event where the local and wider community is invited to watch New Zealand sculptors create large scale artworks in a public space. It offers $2000 for the winning artwork, but also allows people of all ages and nationalities to gather at the park and watch art in action. There will be children's creative stations, coffee and food stalls as well as discussions on public art and nature walks.
