Understanding Your Car
Sorry, this event’s been and gone
When:
| Wed 22 Feb, 7:15pm–8:45pm |
|
Where: Western Springs College, 100 Motions Rd, Western Springs Show map
Restrictions: R15
Save money preventing expensive repairs before they happen and learn some garage jargon so you better understand what your mechanic is talking about, in the process.
Find out how your car works, basic maintenance tips, simple repair procedures, what might go wrong and what you can (and can’t!) do about it. Each session will be a combination of classroon time and time outside checking out the various parts of a car.
In the absence of a workshop students cannot perform tasks such as an oil change, however there is still much for you to learn. Previous students have thoroughly enjoyed Steve's clear enthusiasm for cars and the professional and interesting way he delivers this course.
Tutor: Steven McAneney, qualified automotive engineer with 25 years’ experience in the motor industry. Max 10
5 x 1.5 hour sessions
