Prepare for a fun, ‘spite-filled’ roller derby extravaganza when Otautahi Roller Derby League will be holding the ‘Rainbow Spite’ bout. Team Gaga and Team Glee, both inspired by popular LGBT icons, will face off to raise money for Q-topia. All profits from the bout will be going to support Q-topia.

Team Gaga and Team Glee will be made up of ORDL and special guests from around NZ, including ‘Tuff Bikkies’, a Wellington-based skater who is fresh from competing in the inaugural Roller Derby World Cup held last December in Toronto. Referees from around NZ will also be joining ORDL to help make this bout one to remember.

Come down to Pioneer Stadium on 25 February 2012 at 8pm to catch all the action when these two teams battle it out, not only for a great cause, but also for the glory of being the best LGBT icon.
