The Life You've Imagined

A special one off performance.

Circus dreams take flight in a fundraiser variety show featuring many of Wellington's talented circus performers, dancers, and musicians.

As children we often fantasise about "running away to join the circus". But that takes dedicated training with a healthy tolerance of pain; along with an undaunting nerve to defy gravity, and above all, confidence to follow one's dream.

In The Life You've Imagined, artists navigate intimate and complex relationships with their apparatus on aerial silks, suspended rings, trapeze, chinese pole and even the floor underfoot.

Proceeds from the show will support emerging circus performer Aaron Burr who dreams of training at the Beijing International Arts School.
