Introducing Jo Kirk – busy Mum, globe trotter and inspirational cook!
Here Jo will demonstrate a dinner party prepared with ease… come and listen, share some tips and enjoy a 90 minute interactive cooking workshop.
Jo is a kiwi who has lived in food paradise Penang, Malaysia for the past 4 years. She has been actively involved in this community and revolved much of her life around food. A self-taught cook, she has held cooking demonstrations and catered for ladies lunches & parties. Jo has written food columns for magazines such as Malaysian Nourishment and The Expatriate Lifestyle. Her colourful first cookbook “Eat with Jo” was published earlier this year. Jo is passionate about food but also understands the lifestyle of the modern Mum!
