Arthur Miller's The Crucible.
Arthur Miller's The Crucible has continued to provoke and enthrall audiences worldwide. Written in the 1950s, it explores historical events based on the Salem witch trials whilst criticising the moments in humankind's history when reason and fact become clouded by irrational fears and the desire to place the blame for society's problems on others.
A powerful piece of theatre with some of Christchurch's finest actors including:
Eilish Moran, Nic Kyle, Avril Thresh, Jake Metzger, Charles Grubb & Courtenay Washington.
